A detailed overview of NORMA Group SE’s business activities, objectives and strategy is provided in the 4 ANNUAL REPORT 2023. The statements contained therein remain valid. There were no significant strategic changes in the first half of 2024. There were also no changes under company law in the first six months of 2024. However, there was a change in the scope of consolidation. This concerned the takeover of Teco Srl, Italy, and its subsidiary Teco Inc., USA, (hereinafter “Teco”) as of February 29, 2024.
