The identified impacts and opportunities influence NORMA Group’s value chain in that the use of information security contributes to more efficient information procurement and decisions can thus be better prepared. [SBM-3-48b] Information on the measures NORMA Group is taking to respond to the impact can be found in the chapter INFORMATION SECURITY. [SBM-3-48ci] NORMA Group has both positive and negative impacts in the area of information security. [SBM-3-48civ] NORMA Group contributes to the impact through its own activities and business relationships (e.g. through suppliers) in the area of information security. [SBM-3-48cii] This is not yet related to NORMA Group’s corporate strategy and business model. [SBM-3-48d] In the fiscal year, the main opportunities, such as improving certifications and enhancing trust, in the area of information security may affect NORMA Group’s financial position, earnings position and cash flows.
