NORMA Group SE is the ultimate parent company of NORMA Group. Its headquarters is located at Edisonstrasse 4, 63477 Maintal, near Frankfurt, Germany, and the Company is registered in the commercial register of Hanau under the number HRB 94473. NORMA Group SE and its affiliated Group subsidiaries operate in the market as “NORMA Group”.

NORMA Group was established in 2006 through the merger of the two company groups Rasmussen GmbH and ABA Group. NORMA Rasmussen, founded in 1949 as Rasmussen GmbH in Germany, manufactured connecting and retaining elements as well as fluid conveying conduits. All products were sold worldwide under the NORMA brand name. ABA Group was founded in Sweden in 1896. Since then, it has developed into a multinational group of companies specializing in the development and manufacture of hose and pipe clamps and connectors for numerous applications worldwide.

In past decades, NORMA Group has developed – through acquisitions and continuous technological innovation in its products and operations – into a Group of companies of global importance.

As of December 31, 2025, NORMA Group’s business activities were divided into the three customer industries: Industry Applications, Water Management and Mobility & New Energy:

In the Industry Applications strategic business unit, NORMA Group sells a broad portfolio of standardized branded products, including joining components for infrastructure solutions and applications in the sustainable and renewable energy industry. Customers include distributors, specialist wholesalers, DIY stores, smaller branches of industry and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

The Mobility & New Energy strategic business unit comprises highly developed joining technologies that are individually tailored to the needs of customers. A key feature is the close cooperation with original equipment manufacturers as part of long-term development partnerships. The Mobility division is divided into the end markets of light vehicles (passenger cars) and heavy vehicles (commercial vehicles). The New Energy sub-division combines numerous applications for electromobility.

On September 23, 2025, NORMA Group signed an agreement to dispose of its Water Management business unit to Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS), headquartered in Hilliard, Ohio (USA). The transaction was completed on February 2, 2026. With effect from July 31, 2025, the business unit was classified as a “discontinued operation” in accordance with the requirements of IFRS 5.
