KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (KPMG) audited the Annual Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements of NORMA Group SE in the 2025 fiscal year for the second year in a row (the first year was in the 2024 fiscal year for the financial statements for the 2023 fiscal year; previously PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main).
As part of the audit of the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, Mr. Matthias Forstreuter served as the primary signing auditor for the second consecutive time and Ms. Isabella Klinke served as the secondary signing auditor for the first time.
