At NORMA Group SE, the first management level comprises all individuals who are Executive Vice Presidents or Vice Presidents, report directly to the Management Board or a member of the Management Board, perform management tasks, and have personnel responsibilities. By February 2025, one of the four managers in this group was a woman, thus achieving the target of 25% for the first management level. The second management level at NORMA Group SE consists of Directors who report directly to a member of the Management Board or a member of the first management level, perform management tasks, and have personnel responsibilities. By 2025, three of the four individuals in this group were women, exceeding the aforementioned target for the proportion of women at the second management level.
