The skills profile is intended to ensure that the Supervisory Board as a whole has expertise from various specialist areas, which is based on the relevant professional experience or relevant training of its members. The corresponding objectives are implemented through targeted training and development measures and, as part of succession planning for the Supervisory Board, by taking into account suitable search criteria to identify candidates for any upcoming elections to the Supervisory Board.
