The NORMA Group share has gained international recognition in recent years through active investor relations work. As a result, the importance of foreign investors has also increased continuously. NORMA Group SE has a broadly diversified regional shareholder base with a high proportion of international investors, primarily from Switzerland, the USA, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
At the end of the current reporting year, 0.11% (Dec. 31, 2024: 0.04%) of the shares were held by management. A further 8.71% (Dec. 31, 2024: 7.18%) were held by private investors. The remainder of 91.19% was held by institutional investors (Dec. 31, 2024: 92.78%). The number of private investors at the end of the 2025 fiscal year was 7,244 (Dec. 31, 2024: 6,742).
