The Supervisory Board of NORMA Group SE reports on its activities in the 2025 fiscal year in the following. In the 2025 fiscal year, the Supervisory Board monitored and advised the Management Board of the company in accordance with the statutory provisions and the Articles of Association of NORMA Group SE in line with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code and in accordance with the provisions of the rules of procedure of the Supervisory Board and Management Board.
