Outside of its meetings, the Supervisory Board passed a resolution on August 4, 2025, to specify the effective date of Ms. Birgit Seeger's appointment as a member and Chair of the Management Board. On December 17, 2025, the Supervisory Board passed another resolution outside of a meeting to determine the bonus targets for the members of the Management Board of NORMA Group SE for the 2026 fiscal year.
NORMA Group SE supports newly elected Supervisory Board members in their induction into office and all Supervisory Board members with training and further education measures. In 2025, the Supervisory Board agreed to hold a joint training event for the Management Board and the Supervisory Board in 2026 to refresh their knowledge of the requirements of stock and capital markets law and corporate governance.
