NORMA Group SE’s risk and opportunity management is therefore an integral part of the company’s management – at both the Group management level and at the level of the individual companies and functional areas. Due to the fact that all corporate activities are associated with opportunities and risks, NORMA Group considers identifying, assessing and managing opportunities and risks to be a fundamental component of executing its strategy, securing the short- and long-term success of the company and sustainably increasing shareholder value.
