Focus on two pillars of the “Industrial Powerhouse”

Industry Applications

Connection and fluid handling technology for distributors, industrial OEMs and project engineers.

FOCUS: High-quality, standardized branded products as well as specific solutions for a wide range of applications, including the automotive aftermarket, technical wholesalers and DIY stores, infrastructure and industrial projects, shipbuilding and marine industries, data centers, stationary battery systems, pharmaceuticals, and white goods. NORMA Group focuses on the continuous expansion and harmonization of its portfolio to meet customer needs. With its connection and fluid handling products, it provides high-quality, safe, and reliable solutions.

Mobility & New Energy

Partner in evolution and transformation in the mobility and transport landscape.

FOCUS: Tailor-made solutions for fluid handling, connection, and fastening that meet the specific requirements of our OEM customers. Through collaboration with its customers, NORMA Group develops innovative, sustainable, and reliable solutions for all drive types and auxiliary systems, thereby creating added value. This includes ways to optimize the efficiency and safety of media transport, for example, in the thermal management of batteries and inductive charging systems.

FOCUS Industrial Powerhouse for Connecting Solutions

NORMA Group is consistently advancing its strategic realignment to position itself as an “Industrial Powerhouse” for joining technology – leveraging its global portfolio of mission-critical joining and fluid-handling systems, which are used worldwide in industrial, energy, and infrastructure applications, as well as in the mobility sector. At the same time, the focus on operational excellence, portfolio refinement, and robust core industrial applications creates the foundation for sustainable, profitable growth in a broadly diversified industrial environment.

Driving forward the transformation to NewNORMA

NORMA Group continued to systematically implement its transformation process to NewNORMA -  which had been launched in 2025 - during the first half of 2026. The focus was on simplifying the organizational structure, sustainably improving the cost base, and driving sales to strengthen profitable growth.

The voluntary program to eliminate approximately 70 positions within Germany and about 330 positions outside Germany progressed faster than planned. These measures are intended to reduce the personnel cost base and sustainably improve the cost and overhead structure.

At the same time, NORMA Group prepared for stronger management through the strategic business units Industry Applications and Mobility & New Energy, linked sales and development functions more closely, and expanded central service functions, including the Shared Service Center in Novi Sad. With the sales push and the stronger focus on the strategic business units, NORMA Group aims to sustainably strengthen its market and customer orientation, plant capacity utilization, competitiveness, growth and profitability.

NORMA Group wins major contract for heavy-duty engine platform in North America

NORMA Group has been awarded a major contract with a large global truck manufacturer in North America. The contract comprises various V-band clamp applications with a volume of up to EUR 22 million over the lifespan of seven years.

The V-band clamps will be used among other things for the exhaust system of the customer’s next-generation heavy-duty engine platforms. The EPA 27 engine generation must fulfil the strictest emission standards on the commercial vehicle market, making leak-free exhaust system connections a must. In order to achieve this, seven joints in the exhaust system on the EPA 27 engines will be equipped with six different NORMA Group V-band clamp types.

The parts will be manufactured in Juarez, Mexico, with delivery starting as of 2027.

NORMA Group wins major order to equip full-size vehicles with fluid lines

NORMA Group has secured a major contract for fuel vapor purge lines and other fluid lines from a leading automotive manufacturer.

Starting in 2029, NORMA Group will deliver plastic line systems directly to the OEM’s plants in the US and in Europe. The total volume of the seven-year-contract is up to EUR 30 million. The fluid lines will be installed in a central engine platform of full-size and premium cars with internal combustion engines and hybrid drives.

The fluid lines, up to five meter long, consist of durable thermoplastic tubes and SR Safe Lock and SR Single Lock quick connectors designed according to SAE standards (Society of Automotive Engineers). Fuel vapor purge lines help prevent evaporative emissions from the fuel system .

NORMA Group will manufacture the lines in Mexico, and Serbia.

Annual General Meeting 2026
AGM approves share buyback program and changes to the Supervisory Board

NORMA Group has initiated the next step in the previously announced return of capital to shareholders. On July 1, 2026, NORMA Group’s Annual General Meeting approved a public share buyback program totaling up to 208 million euros. The repurchase price may include a premium of up to 30 percent over the stock market price during the relevant reference period, provided that the resulting purchase price does not exceed the value per share determined in accordance with IDW S1. The repurchased shares are to be subsequently canceled, and the share capital of NORMA Group SE will be reduced accordingly. In this way, shareholders are to participate in the sale of the Water Management business.

In light of the company’s new size following the sale of the Water Management business unit, the Supervisory Board was reduced from six to five members.  Effective July 1, 2026, Kerstin Müller-Kirchhofs and Dr. Erek Speckert resigned from their positions. Benjamin Schmid, Investment Partner at Teleios Capital Partners LLC, was elected as a new member.

Mr. Schmid has many years of experience at renowned private equity and public equity investment firms with a focus on European industrial and service companies in the small- and mid-cap segment. As a result, he possesses particular expertise in the strategic positioning, development and value enhancement of portfolio companies from the perspective of a long-term, active investor.
