Basic earnings per share is calculated by dividing the profit or loss for the period attributable to owners of the parent – i.e., the profit or loss for the period from continuing and discontinued operations – by the weighted average number of shares outstanding during the reporting period. Treasury shares are not taken into account in determining the weighted average number of outstanding shares from the date of their acquisition. In the first six months of 2026 the weighted average number was 30,401,659 (H1 2025: 31,862,400) shares.

Diluted earnings per share takes into account impacts from potentially dilutive ordinary shares. There were no dilutive effects in the reporting period.
