The company adheres to international standards and guidelines in this regard. At NORMA Group, CO2 emissions and the recordable incident rate are non-financial indicators monitored by the Company. However, they are not recorded with the same level of process detail as the financial performance indicators because they are not material to an understanding of the course of business or the Company’s position. Accordingly, CO2 emissions and the recordable incident rate are not performance indicators used to manage NORMA Group.
