On February 26, 2026, NORMA Group SE launched a public offer to buy back up to 10% of the Company’s share capital at a price of EUR 16.59 per share. The offer price was 9.94% higher than the average Xetra closing price of the NORMA Group share in the relevant reference period. Through the share buyback, the Company acquired a total of 3,185,471 shares for around EUR 53 million. The repurchased shares are held as treasury shares.
The buyback offer was the first step in the planned shareholder participation in the proceeds from the sale of the former Water Management business.
At the Annual General Meeting on July 1, 2026, shareholders also approved a simplified capital reduction by way of redemption of shares. This created the conditions for a further share buyback in the amount of up to EUR 208 million and the subsequent redemption of the repurchased shares. The measure is the second step in the planned capital repayment.
